8. 1. Families wishing open enrollment must submit the “区 Application for 开放 Enrollment” to the Arthur Lewis 政府 Attendance Office by 4:00PM on the last day during the open enrollment period.

8. 2. 所有申请家庭将在三月的第三个星期三之前收到申请状态的通知。

8. 3. Applicants must return the “开放 Enrollment Commitment Form” to the Arthur Lewis 政府 Attendance Office accepting or declining placement in their school choice by 4:00 PM on the last school day in March. Failure to return the “开放 Enrollment Commitment Form” by the deadline shall constitute a declination of open enrollment.

8. 4. Falsification of the “区 Application for 开放 Enrollment” or incorrect information may invalidate the request.
